Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. Transit time is 2-6 business days. When we ship the order, you will receive a specific notification.
Rates and estimates for domestic shipments
For simple flat rate shipments: We offer flat rate shipping of EUR 9.90 to the following countries: Italy.
From 150 EUR and up, shipping is FREE in Italy
International shipments
We offer international shipments to the following countries: European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland , Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Goldaly is not responsible for these additional charges, which are your responsibility as a customer.
How can I check the status of an order?
When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 2 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@goldaly.it specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for unused items in original condition and refund the full order amount, less return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please inform us as soon as possible at info@goldaly.it by sending your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
