Goldaly® guarantees the authenticity of all its products and the highest quality of all the materials used in manufacturing.
All products are carefully checked and verified before each shipment.

Our jewels are all in precious metals, gold, silver, platinum, etc., unless otherwise indicated. All jewels are regularly punched as required by law and are of absolute and exclusive Italian manufacture.
ANALLERGICITY
The products are treated without nickel, in compliance with the EEC regulations in force (UNI EN 1811-2011). This nickel-free treatment ensures that it is non-allergenic to this intolerance.
LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE
All products marketed by Goldaly® are covered by a 24-month warranty for lack of conformity. To take advantage of the warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the proof of payment that he will receive together with the purchased goods. The legal guarantee lasting two years from the date of delivery of the goods must be asserted by the consumer within two months from the discovery of the defect.
The 24-month warranty applies to products with a lack of conformity, provided that it is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use. This guarantee is reserved only for private consumers (individuals who purchase goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or make the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). In the event of a lack of conformity, Goldaly® will restore the conformity of the product by repairing / replacing or reducing the price, at no cost to the customer, until the contract is terminated. If, following an intervention by Goldaly®, there is no lack of conformity, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification, restoration as well as transport costs if incurred by Goldaly®.
In the event that, for any reason, Goldaly® is unable to repair a product under warranty, it may proceed, with the Customer's consent, to replace the product itself (if still in the catalog) or with another one of equal characteristics and value . .
No damage can be attributed to Goldaly® for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements of products under warranty.
