Returns and Refunds

Within 30 days of the purchase date, you can return any item for a refund.

To return an item, use the packaging that was delivered to you at the time of purchase.

Please note that unique personalization items cannot be returned (for example: custom engravings).

If you have received a non-conforming or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the one you purchased to obtain a refund and then order the replacement item again.

In this sequence:
  1. Make sure that the goods to be returned are in good condition, without any damage and in the original packaging.
  2. Fill out the contact form fill specifying your return request, your telephone number, order Number, jewel you want to return, the teason (for example: not satisfied with the purchase, jewel too wide, jewel too tight, received the wrong article).
  3. You must wait for us to authorize your return and we will try to do so as soon as possible. Remember that we do not evaluate returns on weekends. If you submit a return request on a Friday, you will receive confirmation or denial starting the following Monday. Return the package only if the return has been authorized.
  4. If the return request is accepted, we will send you a confirmation note by e-mail with the green light to return the package, as well as the address of our shipping center and all relevant details. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, therefore like new with all its components and unused, with the original packaging and any manuals, labels and tags attached still attached to the product. To verify that your items have been returned intact, we will inspect them in our shipping center.
  5. We will send you a notification once the return has arrived at our shipping center and, within 15 days of receiving the return, we will refund using the same payment method used for your purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
